   In particular, no claims of accuracy or precision of forecasts is made.
   ISA-MEIDA is an academic site, which does not replace operational services such as the Israel Meteorological Service.
   There is no guarantee of timely publication of forecasts, or indeed any publication of forecasts.

2. As all material within the ISA-MEIDA sites (nasa.proj.ac.il, and all connected sites) is given free of charge, no commercial use may be made of this information.
   In particular charging for data provided by ISA-MEIDA is expressly forbidden according to the agreement between ISA-MEIDA and NASA.
